We are a sustainable clothing label located in Northern NSW, Lennox Head. We gather one-of-a-kind pieces of fabric from past era’s, recycling them and bringing them back to life. We collect pieces such as tablecloths, bedspreads and linen from the 60’s and 70’s, as well as curtains and vintage caravan curtains.

We strive to pick valued pieces for high quality purposes in our garments. Our designs are handmade to fit many shapes and sizes. We aim to provide our customers with comfort through most rompers being easy to throw on after a surf or swim, and look flattering at the same time.
Our products are ethically made, which makes our customers feel good in what they buy. Not only are you buying sustainable and ethically made products but you are purchasing “one-of-a-kind” items that no one else will have or wear. By recycling the old, this enables us to be kind to the earth. Through re-purposing we are creating less landfill.

At KHANUN we aim to be a “NO WASTE” business. As a result, with any scraps from the garments we then make tops, then with the scraps from the tops we make hair scrunchies, furthermore with any smaller scraps that we can no longer use we donate to preschools for art and craft, or to local artisans to create jewellery with. Not one bit goes to waste.

We participate in a range of different local community markets throughout the Byron Bay region. To stay updated with our markets and events follow our Instagram page @khanunbymimi or check the top tab of our home page for our next market location.
