FAQ

Where are your garments made?
Lennox Head, NSW Australia.

When will you be restocking your website?
Every Friday 12pm AEST

Will there be more of this design?
Our clothing label is sustainably-made, in saying this we carefully pick quality vintage fabrics and up-cycle them into new garments. Consequently, the answer is no, they are one of a kind. However, if we can get a few metres of the one fabric we will make more than one garment, but stock will still be limited.

Do you do custom-made orders?
Custom orders can be made via email, contact us at khanunbymimi@gmail.com and book a scheduled time to arrange fabric viewing, as choosing a design. When placing a custom order it will be an extra charge of $15 on top of the usual garment price and prices will vary depending on rare fabric pieces. By communicating with one of our team members you will be able to pick your own fabric and design, making your experience and garment even more special.

Where can I shop in person?
We participate at local markets each month, visit the homepage of our website and the top tab will tell you which markets we are at next. For more information on further stalls, “pop-up” stalls, events as well as last minute stall cancellations be sure to follow our Instagram page @khanunbymimi where we inform our followers with information and any changes to events frequently.

Is your fabric brand new?
No. We carefully handpick vintage fabrics, and recycle the old, giving them new life. By appreciating the old, this enables us to be kind to the earth at the same time. Through repurposing we are creating less landfill. At KHANUN we aim to be a “NO WASTE” business. As a result, with any scraps from the garments we then make tops, then with the scraps from the tops we make hair scrunchies, furthermore with any smaller scraps that we can no longer use we donate to preschools for art and craft, or to local artisans to create jewellery with. Not one bit goes to waste. ***Please note if any garments have very small marks, or tiny imperfections, this is due to our fabrics being vintage*** However, we aim to avoid this in every way possible and only supply you with quality vintage fabrics.
